"Did anyone else find it not relaxing?"
I booked this hoping for a calm, spa-like experience, but it felt noisy and rushed. I could hear people talking outside the room, and doors kept opening and closing, which made it really hard to switch off. The music was louder than I expected too, and not exactly soothing. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, I don’t know, but I left feeling more tense than relaxed...

"Still Had Back Pain After Waiting Around"
I booked this hoping it would help with my back pain, but my back felt exactly the same afterward. The room was nice and everything, but I was already frustrated from having to wait longer than expected, so it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

It was okay overall and the privacy was decent, but it felt cramped and not the most comfortable. What annoyed me more was that it wasn’t really clear who actually owns or manages the place, so if you have an issue, you’re kind of left wondering who’s responsible

I tried booking an appointment through mandaraspa.com, and the website itself was simple enough to use. The problem was the availability. Most of the times I was hoping for were already taken, and the remaining options were either awkwardly spaced out or didn’t really work with my day.

I understand spas can get booked up, especially at popular times, but it got annoying having to keep checking different slots just to find something reasonable. In the end, I didn’t book because nothing fit my schedule. Personally, I’d consider trying again, but only if they had better availability.

"Mani-pedi was kind of a letdown"
I went in hoping for a nice mani-pedi, but it was underwhelming. The polish chipped the very next day, which felt like a little “one-day wonder” situation, and the pedicure was super rushed, basically the express-lane special. For the price, I expected way better. Not really worth it for me.

"Therapist was not professional at all"
I booked a massage hoping for a relaxing, respectful experience, but it felt off from the beginning!!! The therapist didn’t come across as very professional, and it made it hard to actually unwind.

They were late, barely explained what was going to happen, and the whole session felt super rushed!!! I also mentioned that the pressure was too much, but it didn’t really feel like they were listening, which was really frustrating!!!

For what I paid, I expected way better!!! Maybe other people had a good experience here, but mine was disappointing, and I definitely wouldn’t go back!!!

"Friendly staff, but the aftercare didn’t really land"
The treatment itself was okay, and the staff were genuinely nice, so my brain kind of went, “polite people, decent place, should be fine.” But once I got home, my back actually felt more sore than relaxed. There wasn’t much follow-up or advice either, which I sort of expected, especially for the price. Not a terrible experience, just not one I’d rush back for.

"Check-in felt more disorganized than it should have"
I booked online, so I expected check-in to be straightforward, but it was a bit of a mess. The front desk didn’t seem to have my time slot sorted out, and I had to give my details twice, which was mildly frustrating. I did arrive a little early, but I still ended up waiting around without anyone really explaining what was going on. The staff were nice enough, but it felt like they weren’t fully prepared, and it definitely wasn’t the calm, relaxing start I was hoping for

"Pretty relaxing spa vibe"
I went to Mandara Spa and, I think, overall really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, smelled really nice, and the softer lighting made it easy to settle in and relax. The front desk area felt maybe a little busy at times, but once I was past that, the place had a calm, peaceful feel. I’d probably go back again

I went into Mandara Spa expecting it to feel a bit more relaxing and special, so I was disappointed. For the price, I thought the experience would feel more polished, but it came across as kind of average and not especially welcoming.

The booking process was a little clunky too, which didn’t help set the tone. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but personally, I left feeling like I spent more than the experience was worth, and I probably wouldn’t book again.

I booked a facial thinking it would be a standard, relaxing treatment, but it just felt a bit rushed and basic. I’m not totally sure if it was the products or the way it was done, but my skin didn’t really feel clean afterward, and the products felt kind of cheap or maybe just not suited to me. The therapist was nice enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the facial itself really didn’t feel like good quality. For what I paid, I was disappointed and I don’t think I’d book it again...

I booked this through our cruise and it was, super easy to set up. The massage was really good too — I almost forgot I was on a packed ship for a minute. Nice little break and I’d probably do it again.
